We have a few different support models that can benefit your organization.
Below is a description of each model and a cost summary as well. Remember,
your initial consultation is free. We have had several customers who made
major strides in problem resultion after just 15 minutes of our engineer's time.
15 Free Minutes: Explain
your problem and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
We will suggest the proper tools and data collection points to help you. We
will NOT suggest a patch--we will never suggest a patch without data!
Remote Incident Support:
For a remote incident, we setup a purchase order for an estimated number of hours
after we have reviewed your problem description. We will send you the necessary
tools along with the procedures to collect the data. We show you everything--how
to install and setup the tool, when and where to collect the data, and how to get
it back to us. Our engineers will review the data and discuss next steps with
you. All findings will be presented in clear to read presentations so you
can present them to your company.
Onsite Incident Support:
We can come to you on a moments notice. We bring the tools and knowledge to
your location. This is best for secure locations in which internet connectivity
is difficult such as military installations, ships, or other tightly secured environments.
Longterm Support: We
can relocate a debug engineer to your site for an extended time--usually 1 year
at a minimum. Our engineer is dedicated to your project for the duration.
They will have access to all engineers in our company as well as our private forum
in which our engineer discuss problems and data.
Web Chat: Your company
can setup regular web chats with our engineers so that they can discuss any issue
or problem. Don't get stumped on an issue if you don't know what to do next--your
support persons can start a live chat and get data collection points and next steps
right away.
